Department Profile

Established concurrently with the college, the Department of English has been a cornerstone of our academic community from the outset. Its primary role was to deliver foundational English language instruction, a mandatory component for all undergraduate students. Driven by strong student interest, the department expanded its academic scope in 2012 with the introduction of the Bachelor of Arts in English Literature.
